  • This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of our Company in its meeting held on October 28, 2023 has appointed Mr. Mujtaba Ahmad as Chief Executive Officer of the Company with effect from October 28, 2023 for the next term of three years and he shall hold office till the directors elected in the next election appoint a Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

Mr. Qaiser Saleem has been co-opted as Director on the Board of Directors of Bolan Castings Limited with effect from Feb 23, 2022 in place of Late Mr. Muhammad Saleem.
